Who we are:  La Clínica de La Raza is a community-based health center committed to providing culturally appropriate, high-quality, and accessible health care to the diverse communities of the San Francisco Bay Area.

Volunteers will be on the school site providing the following services:

Responsibilities:

• Calling families of students regarding Covid boosters and vaccinations
• Being able to answer questions regarding Covid vaccine and booster requirements
• Contract tracing 
• Calling families of students regarding updating necessary school vaccinations
• Collecting student consent forms and other student PHI upon request of school or program
• May be requested to volunteer at other SBHC sites in Alameda County

Requirements: 

• Minimum volunteering requirement of once a week for four months
• Fingerprinting is required and will be provided by La Clinica
